I could go on and on about the reasons why Nicole is the coolest, but for the sake of your eyes (and stomach..lol) I'll stick with just a couple.
1. Nicole sees things in people they themselves can't see and has a way of bringing those positive traits out in them.
2. Nicole has a way of making you happy and positive even when it's the furthest thing from your mind. She literally can take a down in the dumps day and turn it completely around with her words of wisdom and encouragement.
I have learned so much from Nicole over the last 3+ years and contribute a huge part of my success to her helping hand (and witty and loving attitude).

Nicole Dean has a sixth sense when it comes to being able to tell if a particular business or project is a good fit for you or not. She's the one I go to when I need a fresh pair of eyes on project I'm working on and am losing sight of what I need to focus.
She's helped me take my business from barely replacing my small salary as an administrative assistant to now making enough to comfortably provide for my family and then some.
Plus she's a great friend and fun to hang out with :)
